Potato casserole with bacon buckwheat

For 4 servings you will need:
1 bulb onion,
2 cloves garlic,
a little vegetable oil,
200 ml of the cream,
150 ml of white wine,
200 ml vegetable broth
300 grams of cheese, raclette (Raclette),
salt, pepper, sweet pepper powder,
1 kg of potatoes (the one that is best suited for Puree)
2-3 pears (total weight approx. 400 grams)
2 tbsp lemon juice
some bacon (to taste)
thyme.

Onions and garlic are finely chopped and put out in a pan with hot oil. Add the cream, wine, broth and chopped cheese. On low heat bring a lot until creamy and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Continue to simmer on low heat for approx. 10 minutes.
Heat oven to 180 degrees.
Potato peel and cut into thin plates. Pears peel and seeds, cut into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Potatoes and pears lay in a greased with a diameter of 30 cm, pepper, salt. Pour cheese mixture on top and bake for about an hour all.
Fry the bacon. Casserole sprinkle with thyme and served with bacon.
