Cooking method:
1.Svarite in the «uniform» of 10 medium-sized potatoes, peel and mash thoroughly with a wooden spoon, add a tablespoon of butter and one egg, a little salt, once again mixed.
2.Vzyav spoon potatoes, roll the balls out of it (2.0-2.5 cm in diameter) and the first dip them in beaten egg and then in crushed crackers, put in boiling oil.
3.Obzharte potato balls from all sides.
Serve as a side dish or as a separate dish, sprinkle with chopped herbs
