Portuguese quiches.


4 things. egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornmeal
2/3 cup cream
2/3 cup milk
1 sheet puff pastry

2 tsp instant coffee, a coffee cream
Mix egg yolks, sugar, corn and flour (2 tsp instant coffee) in a small bowl. Separately, mix the milk with cream. Whisking whisk the egg mixture, pour it into a mixture of milk and cream, bring to a homogeneous state.
Put on a small fire (preferably in a water bath) and continue whisking whisk until the cream begins to boil. Immediately pour into another bowl, cover with cling film and set aside.
Cut the sheet of dough in half and place one half on the other. Roll the strudel dough. Cut into 12 pieces (about 2 cm long), on floured surface, roll each piece into a circle. Place on prepared baking / form
Put the dough on a spoon cream. Bake for 20 minutes (or until the dough is golden and fit). Remove from the oven, but remove only a form of 5 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
