Portuguese Christmas cake

Ingredients:

Ready flaky pastry — 1 pack
Yolk — 4 pcs.
Powdered sugar — 50 g
Flour — 40 g
Cream (10 to 20%) — 350 ml
Sugar — 75g
Vanilla extract — 1/2 hours. L.
Cherry — 24 pcs.
Almond flakes

Cooking method:

1. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and a little twist to roll.
2. Cut the roll into slices about 1.5 cm thick.
3. Arrange the slices in a floured molds for cupcakes. Spread the dough with both thumbs on the entire form.
4. Cream formochkam expanded in the dough, filling them almost to the top.
5. In the middle of each put two cherries.
6. Preheat the oven to 200-220 C and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
7. In 5 minutes to get and sprinkle with almond flakes.
8. Ready cake sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Cream:

1. Mix the egg yolks with sugar and flour.
2. Heat the cream to a boil with the sugar and vanilla extract.
3. Actively preventing yolks, pour a thin stream into them hot cream.
4. Pour into saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
