Pork Stroganoff with mushrooms

Pork Stroganoff with mushrooms.

Pork (fillet) – 600 g
Mushrooms – 300 g
Onions – 2 pcs.
Capers – 1 tbsp. l.
Tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.
Sour cream – 2 tbsp. l.
Milk cream – 200 ml
Thyme – 2 sprigs
Mustard – 1 tbsp. l.

1. In a frying pan with high sides fry onions and mushrooms, 7 minutes.
2. Add the chopped meat cubes.
3. Fry all together for another 10 minutes Add the mustard, tomato paste, capers and thyme leaves. Stir, pour half a cup of water and simmer until tender meat (about 30 minutes).
4. Add sour cream, cream, bring to a boil, season to taste and simmer another 5 minutes.
5. Serve with any side dish, such as rice.
