Pork rolls with mushrooms.

-Pork 800 gr.
-Luke 1-2 pcs.
-Chicken fillet (baked) 100 gr.
-Chicken fillet (baked) 150 gr.
-Milk cream 500ml.
-Thyme, sprigs of 1-2 pc.
-Rosemary sprigs 1-2 pcs.
-Salt to taste
-Black pepper to taste
-Cumin to taste

Prepare the filling. Chop onion finely and fry until transparent.
The fried onions add finely chopped roasted chicken.
Add marinated mushrooms, salt, pepper, season with cumin and stir.
Pork cut into layers. Each repulse, salt and pepper.
For each layer of meat put stuffing and roll rolls. Secure with toothpicks.
Quickly fry the rolls on each side, then put into a mold, pour cream, add a sprig of thyme and rosemary and bake at 400F degrees for 20-25 minutes.
