-1 kg pork ribs.
-mayonnaise 4 tbsp. l.
-Acute adjika 2 hours. l.
-bay leaf 6 pcs.
-clove garlic (can be less) 6 pcs.
-salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the sauce – mix mayonnaise, adjika, sliced ​​rings garlic, crushed bay leaf manually.
Spare ribs with salt and pepper, pour the sauce, let stand for 1-2 hours (can be longer).
On greased pan lay out the ribs in the oven and bake at 200 degrees about 1 hour (maybe a little more, I have meaty ribs, made about 1.5 hours).
