Pork ribs in Chinese.


Pork ribs – 1 kg
Soy sauce – 1/2 Art.
Liquid honey – 1/2 Art.
Crushed garlic – 2 cloves
Grated ginger root – 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper – to taste
Seasoning “Five Spice” – 1/2 hr. Liter.


1. In saucepan, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and spices. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and cook for another five minutes. Cool slightly.
2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
3. Put pork ribs on a baking sheet, the laid foil and greased.
4. Coat the ribs with glaze using a cooking brush.
5. Bake for 10 minutes, then lubricate the glaze and cook for another 5 minutes. Again, cover the glaze and bake until golden brown.
