Pork ribs in a spicy citrus-honey marinade


Pork ribs – 500 g
1 lime
1 small orange
2 cloves garlic
1 table. mustard spoon
ground paprika
Pepper black ground
1 table. l. olive oil
1 table. l. honey
Dried dill

1. ribs wash, cut into pieces a la carte.
2. Prepare the marinade:
Remove the zest from the lime and orange, squeezing the juice from them.
3. Garlic is passed through the press. Mix all the ingredients with the other.
4. Place the ribs in this mixture, mix well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
5. After we spread them in 2 layers of foil, pour the marinade back, wrap, put in a mold and put in the oven at low heat (180 C) for 1.5 hours.
