Pork «pockets» in breadcrumbs with mushrooms and Parmesan


2 pork chops without bone, smitten kitchen hammer
Mushrooms (chopped) – 1.5 cups
Grated Parmesan – ½ Cup
Breadcrumbs – 1-2 cups
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil – ¾ tablespoons


1. Fry in a pan the mushrooms. Cut chops, making a pocket. Stuff mushrooms and grated cheese. Salt and pepper the meat on both sides, roll in bread crumbs.

2. Fry on both sides until Golden (the meat should be fried, and the cheese is melted).
