Pork in Romanian

• Pork (pulp) – 800 g
• Tomato paste – 2 tbsp. l.
• Cheese – 100 g
• Egg – 2 pcs.
• Vegetable oil – 200 g
• Flour (Wheat) – 3 tbsp. l.
• Green (chopped parsley and dill) – 2 tbsp. l.
• spices (salt, pepper, red and black) – to taste

1. The flesh cut portions. Repel. Salt and pepper.

2. Eggs mix with tomato paste and salt. Add the green and part of the grated cheese, add the flour and mix.

3. Meat zapaniruyte first in flour, then the prepared mixture and fry in oil until cooked (about 1 minute on each side).

4. When serving, sprinkle the remaining cheese and herbs. Served with mashed potatoes post or boiled vegetables.
