Pork in Chinese.

Do not think that if a dish “pork in Chinese” is not a traditional and familiar to us, it means that it is complicated and difficult to cook. Quite the opposite and now you will see for yourself.

You will need:

Pork neck 350 g
Sugar 5 g
1 tsp ground ginger
Mini carrots 100g
Canned pineapples 200 g
Potato starch 15 g
Soy sauce 50 ml
Sunflower oil 40 ml
Orange sweet pepper 1 pc.

How to cook:

1. Pork sliced ​​across the grain thickness of about 1.5 cm. It can be a little beat off the meat, if you are not sure of its softness. For fresh pork neck is not necessary.

2. Each piece of pork cut into cubes along thick as 1.5 cm. Separately prepare the sauce, marinade, which mix the soy sauce, starch, ginger and a little sugar. If you take a sweet soy sauce, the sugar is not needed.

3. Peppers cleaned from the core and cut into cubes long. On hot pan pour a little oil, put a little pepper and carrots (baby carrots). Fry the vegetables for 3-5 minutes on high heat, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the pineapple slices to vegetables, stir and remove from heat.

5. Pork as quickly fry in very hot frying pan with the sauce until golden brown. In total, this should take no more than 10 minutes.

6. When the pork is cooked, add it to the vegetables, mix and warm up a bit. That’s all, the dish is ready!

7. Everything is cooked briefly on high heat, and among the ingredients – soy sauce, ginger, meat and pineapple.
