Pork chops on the bone

Pork — one of the most affordable we meats, it is easy to turn a dream into a lunch or a rich cold buffet.

4 pork chops on the bone
vegetable oil
black pepper


1.Incise the fat and the film surrounding each cutlet in 3-4 places. Rub the chops with salt and black pepper and leave for 1 hour.

2. Pan heat at the high heat (for 5-7 minutes). Cutlets grease and into the pan.

3. Fry until golden brown on one side (about 3 minutes). Turn and cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes.

4.Reduce heat to medium and fry for 6-8 minutes before frying medium, determining readiness pressing.

5.Take each patty with tongs and place on its side to roast fat side.

6.Transfer to a board or baking sheet and allow to rest for 3-5 minutes.
