Pork baked with vegetables




● lean pork (loin) – 600
● Onions – 2 pcs.
● Butter – 100 g
● Wheat flour – 3 tablespoons with slide
● Milk (I – 2.5% fat) – 600-700 ml.
● Raw mushrooms – 300 g
● Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
● Cheese – 100 g
● Salt
● Black pepper
● Nutmeg

1.Svininu cut into pieces of any size and place in baking dish. A little salt and pepper, if desired.
2. Onion peel and cut into half rings. Share on pork.
3. Prepare a bechamel sauce.

To do this in a frying pan with a thick bottom over low heat to melt 100 g butter, add to the butter 3 tablespoons flour with a slide.
4. Flour and butter, stir thoroughly to avoid lumps.
5. In the oil-flour mixture in a thin stream pour the milk, salt and pepper sauce, add a couple of pinches of nutmeg.
The sauce cook, stirring, until thickened (consistency of low-fat sour cream needed).
6. Ready to pour the sauce the meat with onions (you use about a third of the sauce).
7. Raw mushrooms cut arbitrarily and put a layer of meat with onions, pour a third of the sauce.
8. Tomatoes cut arbitrarily, put a layer of sauce and pour over the remains.
9. Cheese grater rubbed on it and sprinkle the dish. Pork roast in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
10. Serve the pork can be as a separate dish, and can be garnished. I garnish – boiled potatoes with oregano.
