310 gr. flour
200 gr. cold butter
120 gr. light brown sugar
1 \ 2 hrs. Of salt
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. sour cream

1.5 kg of sour-sweet apples (peeled weight already)
1 tbsp. sugar spoon
2 tbsp. tablespoons flour (added by yourself)
1 package (10 oz.) Vanilla sugar

1. Sift flour into a bowl, add the diced butter, chopped, to get a close crumb.

2. Separately, mix the sour cream, sugar, salt and egg yolks, add crumbs, knead the dough, wrap it in foil and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

3. Apples are cleaned and cut into small cubes, put the sugar and vanilla sugar on a dry frying pan for about 10 minutes until soft, at the same time keep an eye that they have not turned to mush in the end, add the flour and mix.

4. The oven heat to 180 degrees, the shape of the size of 22-23 cm. Oiled dough divided into 2 parts, one more than others, most of the roll in a circle, move in form, molded rim height of 3-4 cm., Chop with a fork, put in the oven for 12 minutes.
