Plum tart

Incredible combination of plum, honey, onion, basil and mascarpone! All together, this gives a very subtle taste fabulous! Sweet, fragrant plum cake – easy and delicious dish.

basil (chopped) 1 tbsp. l.
balsamic vinegar 1 ch. l.
ice water 1/4 cup
mascarpone 1 tbsp. l.
honey 1 tbsp. l.
1 cup flour
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
1/2 onion pieces.
sugar 1 h. l.
Butter (for the dough) 200 g
Butter (for the filling) 30g
Plum 2 pcs.
Egg 1 pc.

Cooking method:
In order to prepare for korchku tarte, combine the flour and a pinch of salt in a food processor.

Add diced butter and mix for 5 seconds. Fill with ice water and kneaded.

Form a ball of dough and wrap it in a package, it does not chotby winded. Leave in refrigerator for an hour or overnight. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough into a flat cake layer 1/8 cm. Put in a baking dish so that the edge of the cakes were a bit elevated. Whisk the egg with a little water and brush the dough before baking.

Bake the cake for 15 minutes. Remove and cool.

To make the filling, heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and saute until tender, stirring occasionally, until it is caramelized. It takes 15-18 minutes.

On butter fry the plums, cut into slices. Fry for about 5 minutes, then add the sugar and cook for another 2 minutes.

Osutdite plum and begins to “collect” the pie. Spread the surface of the cake mascarpone and season with caramelized onions, plums lay on top of her fan. Drizzle with honey and balsamic vinegar on top and garnish with finely chopped basil.
