Italian dishes — small snack of pizza with olives, cheese and ham. The kids will love it!

For the dough:
500 g flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
250 ml of warm water
1 package dry yeast (7 g)
1 tablespoon sugar

150 ml tomato puree
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
¾ tablespoons dried oregano
300g mozzarella cheese, shredded
green olives (olives 1/2 for 1 pizza)
40 g ham


1. Put the yeast and sugar in warm water and leave to approach. Put the flour, salt and olive oil in a bowl. When the yeast will begin to foam, pour them into the flour mixture and knead the dough. Put the dough to rise for 2 hours or until its volume is doubled.
2. Cut the ham and olives and set aside.
3. Preheat the oven to 190C. When the dough has risen, divide it into 15 equal balls and giving them a hand up to a thickness of about 1.2 cm.
4. Lay out the blank test on a baking tray covered with paper, and place it on each tomato sauce.
5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the dough is ready.
6. Remove the sheet from the oven, add the grated mozzarella cheese, ham and olives. Put back in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese melts and becomes golden brown.
