Pizza with sausage and onion on thin crust.

-flour 3-4 ST + .l 100 gr.
-a pinch of dry yeast 4 pcs.
-65 ml of water.
-a pinch of salt to taste
-1 medium tomato pieces.
-smoked (or any other) Sausage 150g.
-cheese 100g.
-feathers green onions 4 pieces.
-onion 1-2 pieces.
-ketchup / sauce to taste

Sift flour into a wide bowl, add the yeast.
Then pour the water and knead the dough a bit sticky. Cover with towel and leave for half an hour.
When the time to pour oil to the dough and add the salt and knead to start, despite the fact that the dough will be bold.
After 2 minutes add 1-2 tbsp. l. flour and obmyat dough, remove it to a warm place, covered with a towel for an hour.
For the filling is very simple: the sausage cut into thin circles, tomato bit thicker.
Onions cut into rings, green chop, cheese grate.
After one hour the dough obmyat again, if necessary, adding the flour.
Put the cake on parchment, cut the size of the pan.
With a rolling pin roll cake in a circle, a thickness of about 4 mm (pizza becomes quite small, about 20-22 cm in diameter).
Plast lubricate ketchup or sauce, spread the filling, leaving the edges, bumpers: sausage and tomato, onion rings on top and sprinkle with herbs.
Above all pritrusit cheese.
Bake at t = 380-400 ° F for about 25 minutes (guided by your oven).
Ready Pizza browns, cheese is golden.
