Pizza dough Cauliflower


For the dough:

-Cauliflower – 2 medium heads
-Garlic – 2-3 cloves
-Salt – to taste

-Pepper – to taste

For the sauce:

-Low-fat yogurt – 0, 5 cups
-Fresh basil – 0, 5 cups
-Garlic – 2-3 cloves
-Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.

For filling:

-Zucchini – 1 pc.
-Tomato – 1 pc.
-Olive oil – to taste
-Grated Parmesan – 0, 5 cups
-Basil – to taste
