Pistachio cheesecake


-Cracker 2 cup
-Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
-Butter 6 tablespoons. l.
-Cinnamon 0.5 h. Liter.
-Cream Cheese 900
-Sugar 1.33 cup
-Pistachios 1 cup
-Almond 2 h. L.
-Egg 4 pcs.
-1 cup sour cream
-Cream 1 cup
-Food dye to taste
-Salt to taste

Cooking method:

1. Take all baking (23-25 ​​cm. Diameter), tightly wrapped with foil from outside, because preparing a cheesecake in a water bath. We grind crackers and mix with sugar, salt, cinnamon and butter.

2. Evenly distribute the mixture over the baking sheet.
We send pan in the oven and bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Give cool. Clean the pistachios.
We grind them in a food processor.

3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until
smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mix well. Add the pistachios, almond extract and coloring agent (optional). Add the sour cream and cream.

4. Place the pan with the dough in another, which acts
on the edges of at least 3 cm. Pour the filling over the dough is evenly distributed. Place the pans in the oven at 160 degrees. Pour the boiled water in the bottom pan (pour need to carefully not to get water on the cake).

5. Cook for 90 minutes, then turn off the oven and give the cake
cool slowly in the oven for one hour. We get a pie pan, remove foil, remove the cake from the mold.

6. Cover the cake and give it to cool for a further 2 hours before
feeding to the table. Pistachio cheesecake ready. Decorate as desired.
