Pineapple Upside Down Cake Cocktail.

Ingredients:
2 ounces Pearl Vanilla Bean Vodka
1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce Maraschino liqueur
1 pasteurized egg white, optional
Maraschino cherry for garnish

Directions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Pearl Vanilla Bean Vodka, pineapple juice, maraschino liqueur and egg white (if using). Shake rhythmically for 30 seconds. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
