Pineapple Cake (without baking)


For the cream:
1 kg of cheese, crushed three times
200 gr. granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
200 gr. butter
3 tablespoons gelatin
2/3 cup hot water
100 gr. grated chocolate or chocolate confetti
For the cream Cappuccino:
500 ml of whipped cream 30%
3 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons of coffee with cream chocolate powder
2.5 teaspoons gelatine
1/3 cup hot water
200 gr. chocolate chip cookies
2 lemon jelly
500 ml of hot water
1 can of pineapple in syrup

Prepare the form of a 24 × 24 cm, lay a parchment paper.
Grind the biscuits into crumbs and place firmly at the bottom of the form.
Melt the gelatin in hot water and left to cool. Chocolate rub or use of chocolate confetti.
Grind the softened butter with the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla sugar to the so-called fluff.
Then add a spoonful of shredded cheese. After slowly pour the cooled chocolate and add the gelatin.
Massa put on a layer of pastry and place in the refrigerator until you fall asleep.
Melt the gelatin in hot water and then cool it. Whip the cream until stiff peaks, after whipping, add the sifted powdered sugar, cappuccino powder and cooled gelatin.
Place on a frozen layer of cheese and bake in holodilnik.0
Melt the jelly in hot water and add the pineapple syrup. Allow to cool, then refrigerate until the mixture begins to thicken.
Pineapple cut into small pieces and put on a layer of cappuccino. Thickened jelly to put on a layer of pineapple. Refrigerate until complete solidification.
