PILAF with meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

For the meatballs:
● Minced beef — 500g
● Onions — 1 pc
● flour, salt, pepper

For the dough:
● ✔ Hot water — 150 ml
● Vegetable Oil — 1.5 tbsp
● Flour — 150 g
● Pinch of salt
● Butter for greasing cake

Pilaf:
● Rice — 400g
● Large onion
● Carrots — 1 pc
● Saffron — 5-6 of threads or 1/3 tsp turmeric

PREPARATION:
