Ingredients:
Fish fillet 400g. (I had fillet of pike)
150 ml of carbonated water
juice of half a lemon
1 egg
flour (regular or gluten-free)
oil stretching. cooking (used walnut)
salt, pepper, spices — to taste
Cooking method:
1. For the batter: Mix soda water, lemon juice, egg, seasoning (used salt, pepper, garlic powder). Gradually add flour until the consistency of liquid sour cream.
2.Butter reheat in a pan. Fillets dipped in batter and fry in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
