Pies of pastry with raspberries.


egg yolks 2 pcs
100 grams of powdered sugar
butter 100g
200 grams of wheat flour
1 pinch of salt
starch 1st. a spoon
Raspberry 1gramm
2 grams of water

In a cup mix the flour, powdered sugar and salt. Add the oil. Grind to a state of crumbs
Add the egg yolks and water

Knead the dough

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin layer. Then, with the help of cutting to cut circles of dough. On the half shell out a small amount of raspberry, sprinkle starch and sugar to taste

Close the top edge of dough and pinch the pie using a fork.

Bake the pies in a hot oven for about 15 minutes (until a light blush).
