Pie with spring onions and mushrooms

Flour – 260 g
Butter – 180 g
Sour Cream – 50g
Green onions – 1 bunch
Chicken Eggs – 2 pcs.
Mushrooms – 100 g
Soda – 10 g
Cheese – 150 g
