Pie with spinach and cheese

Cottage cheese and herbs – a great couple! And in combination with puff pastry – a holiday taste! Add to the cake a little Parmesan cheese, onion and garlic to taste became more saturated, and each component played its own special flavor.




puff pastry sheet 1 pc.
onion 1 piece.
flour 2 tbsp. l.
ground nutmeg 1/8 hours. l.
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
ground black pepper 1/2 hours. l.
salt 1/2 hours. l.
Parmesan cheese 50 g
200 g of the curd
garlic 1 clove
1 bunch of spinach

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the onion is translucent.

Add 2 eggs and mix.

If you use frozen spinach, then thaw it and squeeze out the water, and if fresh, wash and finely chop.

Roll out the dough on a floured work surface.

Bake for about 45 minutes, then allow to cool slightly and serve.
