Sugar (+ dough for the filling) – 150 g 100 g
Yoghurt – 300 g
Disintegrant – 10 g
Flour – 250 g
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.
Corn starch (for the + fruit for the filling) – 1 tsp.. 1 h. L.
Currants – 150g
Cottage cheese (stuffing) – 350 g
Vanilla (stuffing) – 1 tsp..
Sour cream (filling) – 3 tbsp. l.


1. Prepare the dough. Whisk the eggs with the sugar.
2. Add the yogurt (or yogurt), flour, baking powder and vegetable oil and whisk until smooth.
3. Separately, currants (frozen I) mixed with starch.
4. Enter the currants and mix gently.
5. Pour the batter into the pan.
6. Prepare the curd. To do this, beat with a mixer all the ingredients for the filling.
