Pie «chicken-mushroom julienne»

Easy to prepare and tasty dish with a beautiful name. On the table, the taste of this cake with julienne looks very impressive, but the classic combination of mushrooms and sour cream will never let you down.

Ingredients for the dough:
— 1 cup flour
— 1 egg
— 120 g of butter
— 50 g of cheese
— Salt — a pinch

For filling:
500 grams of mushrooms
— 1 chicken breast
— 150 g of sour cream
— 150 g of cream
— 1 tablespoon of flour or starch
— 1 onion
— 150 g of cheese
— Herbs, salt, pepper


For the dough:

Mix the flour and softened butter. Divide the egg, add the grated cheese and salt.

Thoroughly knead the dough. It is soft and elastic.
The dough is wrapped in foil and send in the refrigerator for half an hour.


Onions cut finely and fry in a pan until golden brown.
Frozen mushrooms were thawed in a microwave oven. Remove excess water and send to the onions in the pan.
Cook chicken breast, finely cut and add to the onions and mushrooms to our fried.
Mix sour — cream, salt.
We add our mixture into the pan. Add the flour and simmer a few minutes until thick.

Take the form lubricating oil. Lining test our form.
Preheat oven to 180 C. We send the dough in the oven for 15 minutes to dry.
