Pie Cherry

Ingredients:

Unsalted softened butter — 80g
Flour — 1.5 cups
Disintegrant — 1.5 hours. L.
Sol — 0.5 hours. L.
Sugar — 1 cup + 2 tablespoons. l.
Eggs — 1 pc.
Milk — 0.5 cups
Vanilla extract — 1 hour. L.

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Grease a baking pan with oil. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
3. Beat the butter and 1 cup sugar until pale and fluffy mass, about 3 minutes.
4. Reduce speed and add the egg, milk and vanilla.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture. Pour the batter into the mold.
6. Put the cherry on top pitted, so close to each other as possible.
7. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons sugar.
8. Bake the cake at 180 degrees until golden brown, about 1 hour.
9. Allow to cool in the form on the lattice.
10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
