Pie-cake “Banana-Caramel”.



-sahar brown – 1/2 cup
-slivochnoe oil – 3 tbsp
-banany – 3 pieces
-mindal (crushed) or any other nuts – 1/2 cup

for a caramel glaze (syrup):
-slivochnoe oil – 2 tbsp
-sahar (preferably brown, but you can and white) – 2 tbsp
-slivki (35%) – 2 tbsp

Cooking method:

Banana peel.Mash. The more ripe bananas, the more flavor they bring.
Prepare a rectangular (preferably aluminum), if not, any.
At the bottom of the mold evenly pour sugar.

Prepare caramel syrup: In a small saucepan pour the sugar, add the butter and cream, bring to a boil.
Evenly pour over cake.
Serve immediately or wait until the cake has cooled.
