3. Yeast is connected to the sifted flour and add to the milk-egg mass. Knead the dough. It is necessary to cover it with a cloth and let stand for at least 30 minutes.

4. Roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter exceeding the diameter of 5 cm on the form.

5. Form is necessary to lay a baking paper and grease with vegetable oil. I have a diameter of 22 cm.

6.Spread the dough in the form of lightly pressing down with his hands. Excess cut. It is more convenient to do it with scissors culinary.

7. Prepare a fill-mincemeat. Break 4 eggs into a bowl.

8. Add the remaining sugar and beat with a mixer until thick, fluffy consistency.

9. Add the sour cream, vanilla and gently whisk stir – not the mixer! Mincemeat is ready.

10. Pour sour cream filling into the foundation.

11. From the remnants of dough can be prepared on a side decoration – it’s only your imagination.

12. Bake the cake at 180 degrees 40-45 minutes.
