You will need:

200 g of carrots
200 g onion
500g Physalis
salt, ground black pepper to taste
Bay leaf
a little parsley
2 cloves crushed garlic
little vegetable oil

Sugar 200 g

250 g flour

100g mascarpone cheese
100 g of powdered sugar

Jam from physalis

you will need:

500g Physalis
juice of half a lemon
Sugar 150 g
Ginger 2 cm
Finely chop physalis. Ginger grate. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon. All the mix, add sugar and put to boil in a saucepan over low heat. Cook for 15 minutes. Then shift jam in glass jars.

Candied Physalis
