Persimmon with salad mix.

INGREDIENTS

1 persimmon

a handful of salad mix

1 tbsp. spoon walnuts

3 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil

0.5 tsp. Mustard

1 tbsp. tablespoon lemon juice

0.5 tsp. Honey

Salt and black pepper to taste

balsamic sauce feed

HOW TO COOK

1. Persimmon washed, cut into slices. If you have a bone to remove. Salad wash, dry.

2. For the filling mix the oil with the lemon juice, honey and mustard, salt and pepper.

3. In a bowl spread layers lettuce and persimmon plate.

4. pour the sauce on top and sprinkle with nuts.
