Perch with paprika and fragrant oil

2 portioned perch fillet
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp ground paprika
Salt, to taste
3-4 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
’30 Butter
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 clove garlic

Fillet of salt.
Mix the flour with the paprika.
Roll the fish in flour mixture.
In a frying pan heat the vegetable oil. Sauté the fish on both sides until cooked.
Put the fish on a plate ready.
Finely chop the garlic.
Preheat a skillet in butter. Add to boiling oil garlic and fresh herbs. Oil immediately remove from heat.
Drizzle with hot oil fish.
