Perch, baked in parchment


4 perch
For the marinade:
Juice of half a lemon
2 cloves garlic
50 ml of olive oil
2 bay leaf
Sweet pepper
Sea salt

How to cook:
Immerse yourself clean, gut and dry.
For the marinade: Mix half the olive oil, chopped garlic, lemon juice. In a mortar grind black pepper and bay leaf. Add to the marinade.
Pour the marinade and remove perch for an hour in the refrigerator.
Prepare 4 sheets of oiled parchment. Every fish to put on a separate sheet. Season with salt and pepper, pour the marinade. Parchment wrap envelope and bake at 200 degrees about 15 minutes.
Serve parchment envelope laying on a plate.
