Penne pasta whole wheat 120 g.

Finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, 0.5 cups
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Chili flakes 0.5 hours. L.
Garlic, minced 3 cloves
Mushrooms, cut into 90 gr.
Shiitake mushrooms, chopped 90 gr.
Salted butter 4 tablespoons
Hazelnut 0.5 cups
Chopped parsley (for filing) 4 tbsp


Pasta cooking in boiling salted water according to package directions. From pan pour 1/2 cup water in which the cooked pasta.

Heat oven to 180 ° C. Nuts lay out on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until until they are lightly browned. Remove from the oven and, when they have cooled, chop coarsely.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat oil. Wait until it changes color to dark brown. Put in a pan all the mushrooms. Cook, stirring, for 7-8 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender. Add the garlic and chili flakes and cook for 1 minute. Share penne and stir. Pour small amount of water from the paste to obtain a light sauce consistency. Remove from heat, add the olive oil and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and parsley.
