Pear salad with pomegranate, blue cheese and champagne vinegar

For the salad:

  • 60 gr. gorgonzola
  • 8 cups of romaine lettuce or spinach
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp. l. honey

For salad dressing:

  • 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
  • 1 h. L. Dijon mustard
  • 2.1 h. L. minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. l. fresh lemon juice
  • 4.1 h. L. krupnodroblenogo black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil

In a small glass bowl mix well vinegar champagne, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice and crushed black pepper.

Then, whisking filling, pour the olive oil. Divide the mixture in half and cooled (the rest can be used as needed or leave for the next preparation).

Pear cut in half, and then cut into thin slices at an angle; fill a large salad bowl.
Add romaine lettuce, pomegranate, crumble the gorgonzola cheese and pour the sauce of champagne. Top evenly sprinkle with pepper, then spread out the salad in portions, and pour a small amount of honey.
Serve immediately.
