Pear pie.

-Muka – 250 g,
-sahar – 100 g,
-smetana – 200 g,
-moloko condensed – 1/2 banks
-butyric vegetable – 2 tbsp.
-yaytsa – 2 pieces,
-vanilin, a pinch of salt,
-1/2 tsp soda,
-2 Pears,
-gorst blackcurrant (can be frozen).

Cooking method:
Beat eggs with sugar. Add salt, sour cream, vegetable oil, condensed milk, vanilla, baking soda quenched with vinegar, mix well.
Then add a little flour and beat with a mixer.
Pears Peel and cut into slices.
In a greased form pour batter on top lay pears and currants.
Bake at 180 t * 30-40 minutes.
