Pea burgers

Pea burgers.

-peas 400g.
-semolina 100g.
-flour 2 tbsp. l.
-salt and pepper to taste
-vegetable oil for frying taste
For cutlet weight: cook until cooked 400 g yellow peas.
In pea broth to cook porridge, at the rate of 100 g semolina 250 gr of broth.
Ready pea mash well, add hot porridge, a little flour, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Formed of pea mass oval patties, breaded them in bread crumbs
Fry on both sides in vegetable oil and bake in the oven slightly.
Served hot with the remaining watering fried cutlets with vegetable oil.
