Patties with meat puff pastry


Puff pastry
Large onion — 2 pcs. (finely chopped)
Ground beef — 500 g
Tmin — 1 hour. L.
Chili — 1 ch. L.
Paprika — 1 tbsp. l.
Raisins — ½ st.
Olives — ½ st.
Hard-boiled egg — 2 pcs.
The yolk — 1 pc.
Milk — 2 tbsp. l.
Salt and pepper — to taste


1. Prepare the stuffing, fry it with onions, raisins, sprinkle with spices and sprinkle with olive oil.
2. Allow to cool to room temperature.
3. Roll out the dough and place the stuffing: minced — 2 olives and a thin slice of egg.
4. Whisk the egg with the milk. Securely fasten the dough to the filling does not leak. Coat patties with grease from the eggs and milk. Bake 25-30 minutes at 175 degrees. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley and green onions.
