Patties with cottage cheese and raisins



Flour – 750-800 g
Dry yeast – 7-10 g
Milk (warm) – 300 ml
Sugar – 1 tsp..
Butter (room temperature) – 120 g
Eggs – 3 pcs.

Raisins – 100 g
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp..

1. Preparation of the sponge:
