Ingredients:
-Avocado 1 pc.
-Ricotta 200g.
-Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
-Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
-Salt to taste

Preparation:
Peel the avocado. If sufficiently ripe avocado, peel removed very simply: hands without any effort; Bone also easily falls out, leaving himself from the inside skin of the avocado.
Finely chop the avocado, put it in a blender.
Add cheese, lemon juice and sugar (or honey).
Whisk until smooth.
