Pasta with salmon and pine nuts


for 4 servings

-500g salmon fillet
-200 g of the noodle
-80 g pine nuts
-150 ml of strong fish broth
-150 ml cream (I have 33%, shameless :))
-1 bunch of chives (replaced favorite “Provence herbs” and fresh oregano)
-1 tbsp peanut butter (do not use nuts pokalila a dry frying pan)
-2 tbsp olive oil
-salt pepper


1. Salmon fillets cut into small pieces. Pine nuts fried in peanut oil.
2. Fish broth boil down by half, add the cream, salt and pepper.
3. The sauce cook 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and whisk well. Dishes with sauce dense cover with a towel to keep it warm.
4. Salmon quickly fry in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Boil the noodles following the instructions on the package.
6. Noodles pour the sauce, add the fillets and nuts and stir gently. The dish is served hot, sprinkled with coarsely chopped onions.
