Pasta with garlic and prawns.

Ingredients:
200g spaghetti
45 g of butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, squeeze
1 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
300 g prawns
1 tablespoon lemon juice
chopped parsley
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation:
Boil pasta in salted water for about 8-10 minutes al dente. Drain and keep warm.
While pasta prepared pan, heat over medium heat. Melt the butter and olive oil. Add the squeezed garlic, chili flakes and zest. Cook for another 2 minutes. Then put into the oil in the shrimp and stir, cook for another 7 minutes to keep the shrimp until cooked. To ready shrimp paste, squeeze out the juice and parsley. Salt and pepper. Stir and serve. Additionally, pepper, sprinkle with lemon zest and fresh parsley.
