Ingredients:
-Fresh ripe tomatoes 800 gr.
-Garlic 4 pieces.
-olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
-red pepper 1/8 hours. l.
-Fresh basil leaves 10 pcs.
-250 grams of pasta.

Preparation:
Put the tomatoes in boiling water, leave for 60 seconds. Remove the peel in cold water. Dice tomatoes.
Peel and chop the garlic
Place the garlic and red pepper on a preheated pan with olive oil and cook on high heat.
At that time, the garlic starts to sizzle, add the tomatoes and season with salt. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Roughly tear the basil and add to the sauce. Continue to cook until all the liquid has evaporated.
Add the sauce to the cooked pasta, bon appetit!
