Pasta with chicken and cashews

4 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
140 g cashew
75 g green onions, finely chopped
450 g linguine
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil

125 ml of sauce hoisin sauce
75 ml of soy sauce
75 ml sherry
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of sauce of chili pepper and garlic
1/4 cup sugar
5 cloves of garlic (squeeze)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Cook the pasta al dente in salted water. Drain and leave on time.
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for the sauce until smooth.
In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat. Fry the chicken pieces. Put them on a plate and pour the sauce in a pan and warm, almost boiling. Return the chicken to boiling sauce, drop your cashews. Stir and heat. Mix the sauce with linguini. Serve with green onions.
