Ingredients:
-large head broccoli 1 pc.
-shells, snails, spiral or other kinds of pasta 200-300 gr.
-mushrooms 100-200 g.
-onion 1 piece.
-garlic to taste
-cherry tomatoes to taste
-salt, pepper, lime juice, olive oil, cheese, to taste

Preparation:
Separate the broccoli florets from the stalks.
In a large saucepan, boil 3 liters of water, a little salt, put back coarsely chopped broccoli stems and cook until they soften the (about 10 minutes).
Remove the stalks from the water, mash into a puree using a blender, add salt, pepper and lime juice. The sauce is ready.
In the same water in which the cooked stalks of broccoli Stir in the pasta and cook according to the instructions. In just a few minutes until cooked in a pan Stir in broccoli florets and cook another 2-3 minutes. The water drain.
While the pasta is cooked, cook mushrooms. In a frying pan fry the mushrooms, onion and garlic.
