Pasta with braised beef.

-Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
-Beef to extinguish 1 kg.
-Onion and garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper 1 ch.l.k each ingredient 1 h. L.
-Cumin, oregano, pepper flakes red
-0.5 ch.l.k each ingredient
-0.5 h. L.
-Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. l.
-Fresh rosemary to taste
-2 cups marinara sauce
-Pasta fettuccine 500g.
-Grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
-Parsley 1/4 cup
-Baguette to taste

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
Beef cut into fairly large pieces and place in a bowl along with all the spices, including chopped rosemary. Mix everything carefully.
Fry the beef in a pan on all sides until brown. Put cooked meat on a plate.
On a clean pan bring to a boil marinara sauce, then put the meat back.
Reduce fire, cover and leave for 2 hours to become tender beef and break the fibers. Periodically stir.
When the beef is almost ready, put on fire paste and boil it.
Put the pasta in marinara sauce.
Add the chopped parsley and grated cheese. All mix thoroughly.
Serve with crusty baguette and a green salad.
