Pasta fettuccine with prawns


120 grams of fettuccine
• 300 grams of raw shrimp, peeled, without tails
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• Season to taste

1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.

2. Sprinkle the shrimp with salt and pepper and stir. Add 1 tablespoon flour and roll the shrimp, then put another 1 tablespoon flour and mix again.

3. Melt the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the shrimp in a single layer and fry on both sides until golden brown, about

2-3 minutes on each side. Remove to a plate.

4. In a frying pan, where grilled shrimp, pour chicken broth. Cook for about 5 minutes.

5. Add the cream, whisking constantly.

Cook the sauce over medium heat until it begins to thicken, about 5 minutes. Try the sauce and add seasonings as desired.

6. Add the pasta to the sauce.
